Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here and you’re interested in hypnotherapy.

Watch this short video to know how to get the most out of our discovery call:

I’m looking forward to meeting you.

Sincerely,

Coach Rachel Wildman

In that video, I explain how to get the most out of our chat. I let them know one of the first questions I’ll ask is simply:

“What do you want?”

I also mention that many people, out of habit, start by telling me what they don’t want — so I invite them to think in advance:

“If our work was a complete success, what would be different? How would you know?”

That way, by the time they show up, they’re already thinking in outcomes rather than problems.

During the 20-minute call itself, I keep things relaxed and natural:
1. A short welcome and orientation.
2. A few questions about what brought them here.
3. Exploring what they’d like to experience instead.
4. A clear, simple explanation of how I work.
5. An invitation to book if it feels right.

At the end, if we both feel it’s a fit, I send a short follow-up email with two links — one zoom link for the first session / or calendly link to choose a slot, and another checkout link to pay for the block of four sessions. Booking four sessions is the only option.

Often there’s just one small hurdle that needs to be addressed before someone says yes — a question or concern they need to feel safe about.
Typical examples include:
• “I’ve tried this before and it didn’t work.”
• “How long will it take?”
• “Can I be hypnotised?”
• “I need to think about it.”
• “I don’t want to dig up the past.”
• “It sounds expensive.”
• “What if it doesn’t work for me?”
• “I’ve seen therapists before.”
• “Do I have to tell you everything?”
• “I don’t have time right now.”

It’s rarely resistance — it’s usually a need for reassurance, clarity, or trust. Once that’s met, they’re ready.
